A social club for Makers, Crafters, and DIY-ers in the Santa Barbara area!
SB Makers is chance to regularly meetup with local makers over coffee, talk about our projects, our side hustles, things we want to learn, and learn from each other. Doesn't matter if you're into electronics, 3d printing, textile arts, metal work, carpentry, scrapbooking, model making, robotics... Anything!
We meet most Sundays so come by and help shape the club!

1/14/26 - Member Showcased!
Lauren - member of both SB Makers and the Santa Barbara Fiber Arts Guild - has a couple of pieces being showcased at the Art & Soul Gallery as part of "Layering"; a Fiber Arts Guild member exhibition.
"This year’s exhibition celebrates the richness and innovation of fiber arts through the theme Layering. Guild members interpret the concept through material, process, meaning, and technique—revealing how layers can inform both structure and storytelling.
Featuring works by 50+ member artists, the exhibit showcases a wide spectrum of fiber-based media. The exhibition will also include workshops and live spinning and weaving demonstrations, along with hands-on opportunities for visitors to experience these techniques firsthand."
It runs through February 1st, so definitely go check it out before it ends!
